ABOUT THE CLUB
More Than a Club.
A Community.
SPC was formed in 2012 as a not-for-profit organization, and obtained 501(c)(3) status in 2023. Our purpose is to promote pickleball within Springfield, and assist and support the improvement and expansion of pickleball facilities for the health and well-being of all ages.
From 2020 through 2024, SPC collected approximately $36,700 in membership dues, and provided nearly $36,000 for maintenance and improvements to local parks' courts. This year alone, we've pledged $10,000 to share costs with the Springfield Park District for repair work at Iles Park.
